Jesse’s Garage sets the gold standard for European vehicle service. My husband and I have relied on them for a variety of maintenance and repair jobs on our BMW and Audi, and every visit confirms why they are the best in the business. Billy and the team are true professionals who make communication effortless. Billy is always exceptionally knowledgeable and keeps us thoroughly informed throughout the entire repair process, walking us through every detail with honesty and clarity. Our cars always leave the shop running perfectly. If you want expert craftsmanship, fair communication, and total peace of mind for your vehicles, Jesse’s Garage is the only place to go. Highly recommended!

I had an exceptional experience working with Shai at Jesse’s Garage. Before speaking with him, I contacted several other shops to obtain a quote, but Shai’s professionalism and customer service stood out immediately. I initially called with the intention of getting a quote and was seriously considering doing the brake work myself. However, the level of customer service and confidence Shai demonstrated ultimately convinced me to bring my Mercedes in and have the entire Service B completed. The experience was excellent from beginning to end, and the work was completed professionally and efficiently. Shai is a tremendous asset to Jesse’s Garage, and his commitment to providing outstanding customer service is a true reflection of the quality of the business. I would highly recommend Shai and the team at Jesse’s Garage to anyone looking for honest, professional, and reliable automotive service

Billy at Jesse’s Garage is absolutely amazing!!!! He is one of the nicest, most helpful people ever. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. It’s obvious that he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in doing quality work. It’s hard to find someone as trustworthy, knowledgeable, and kind as Billy. He went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely has your best interests in mind, I can’t recommend Billy and Jesse’s Garage enough!!! :) I’ll definitely be coming back for any future vehicle needs!

The best automotive technician ever! Everyone I spoke to working at Jesse’s Garage was extremely friendly. Especially Billy, who handled my pre-purchase inspection. He saved me from buying a car that looked brilliant on the surface but actually needed several severe mechanical repairs, totaling an estimated $6,500. The entire process was incredibly detailed and professional. I was continuously kept updated with in-between reports, and I received a full final report complete with pictures and videos of everything they found! These are genuine people you can trust who act in the customer's best interest. This experience speaks volumes about their expertise, and I will absolutely be coming back here for all my future servicing and repairs. Highly recommend Billy and the team!

I had an excellent experience with Jesse’s Garage. I brought in my 2012 Volvo XC70 T6 for a general inspection and some overdue maintenance items based on its age and mileage, and the whole process was fantastic. One of the things I appreciated most was the communication. While they had my car, I received multiple updates explaining what they found, what needed attention, and what could wait. I never felt pressured, just informed, which is exactly what I want from a shop. I ended up having several important maintenance items completed, including suspension work, the PCV system, and cooling system service. When I picked the car up, the difference was immediately noticeable. The XC70 felt tight, smooth, and solid again, and driving it afterward made me genuinely glad that I decided to get the work done. Older European cars need knowledgeable care, and it’s reassuring to find a shop that understands them and takes the time to communicate clearly with the owner. I left feeling like Jesse’s helped me preserve a car I really enjoy rather than just fixing problems. Great experience and I would absolutely trust them with my Volvo again.
